Terms and Conditions

These conditions apply to the design and production services offered by Mystorie: digital architecture, premium interfaces, no-code systems, automation and AI integration.

1. Purpose

We design and deliver digital systems for SMEs and startups: conversion sites, internal tools, automation, dashboards and data architectures. The exact scope is defined in each valid commercial proposal or quote.

2. Order and validation

Any mission begins after written validation of the estimate and, where applicable, payment of the planned deposit. Requests outside the initial scope are subject to an amendment or an additional quote.

3. Prices and regulations

Prices are expressed in euros, excluding taxes unless otherwise stated. Unless specifically agreed, payment follows this rhythm: deposit at launch, intermediate milestone depending on progress, balance on delivery. Payment deadlines are specified on the invoice.

4. Late payment

In the event of delay, legal penalties may apply as well as fixed compensation for recovery costs, in accordance with current law. We can suspend work in the event of non-payment.

5. Deadlines and customer cooperation

The announced deadlines assume the transmission of content, access, validation and returns on time. Any delay in validation or sending of elements may postpone the schedule without incurring our responsibility.

6. Deliverables and recipe

Each delivery is accompanied by a verification phase. In the absence of explicit reservation within the agreed deadline, the deliverable is considered accepted. Compliance fixes are included; functional developments belong to a new lot.

7. Intellectual property

The exploitation rights on the final deliverables are transferred after full payment of the amounts due. Our methods, internal templates, reusable bricks, generic scripts and know-how remain our property.

8. Data and confidentiality

We treat project information confidentially. Technical access provided by the customer must be secure. Each party undertakes to protect the data and limit its dissemination to strictly necessary persons.

9. Maintenance and third parties

Hosting services, domain names, software licenses or third-party services (Stripe, Airtable, Zapier, etc.) remain subject to the conditions of these publishers. Ongoing maintenance is the subject of a separate contract if necessary.

10. Responsibility

Our obligation is a reinforced obligation of means. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damage, operating losses, or interruptions linked to third-party services, misuse, or modifications made beyond our control.

11. Applicable law

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable resolution before any procedure.
