Nature of the website
The purpose of the website is to present the activities of Mystorie Studio. It is an informational website with no online sales.

Collection of personal data
- Information collected through the forms is used exclusively to respond to requests sent through the website, communicate with prospects and clients, and carry out any subsequent commercial follow-up.
- The data collected may include: surname, first name, email, phone number and any information provided voluntarily.
- This data is never sold. It is transmitted to the technical services needed to process requests, listed below.

Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on legitimate interest in responding to requests, and on consent when a user completes a form.

Retention period
Requests are kept in Mystorie's mailbox for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up. For prospects, the intended maximum period is three years after the last contact. Deletion is not currently automated; messages must be reviewed and deleted manually when due or in response to an applicable request.

Tools used
- Cloudflare Workers, for receiving and forwarding forms.
- Google Apps Script and Mystorie's mailbox, for sending and receiving requests.
These services may involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. Their processing terms and safeguards are those of the respective providers.

Cookies
The website saves choices made in the preferences banner in the browser's local storage for up to 180 days. This storage is necessary for the banner to work. The optional Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and Advertising (LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel) categories are denied by default and can be accepted separately. The corresponding tools load only after consent to their category. Users can reject, customise or withdraw their choices at any time through the privacy preferences.

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction of processing.
You can exercise these rights by writing to: contact@mystorie.fr. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days.

Some images and visual resources may come from licensed libraries, dedicated productions or creative generations made for Mystorie.
