01
Start with what is public
On her official website, Caroline Mignaux presents the Marketing Square podcast, a newsletter and an offer called Personal Funnel. These resources connect personal branding, content and the sales journey.
We focus here on a useful question for a business: how can it connect what it publishes with what it offers? The steps below are our editorial interpretation of that question, not a reproduction of her training.
The public source for these details is carolinemignaux.com, accessed on 30 September 2026.
02
Clarify the topic and audience
Before choosing a publishing rhythm, define who you are speaking to and the problem on which your business can offer something specific. A recognisable topic helps you choose relevant questions.
Start with questions you actually receive, difficult decisions and the boundaries of your work. A clear position does not require promising a result you cannot demonstrate.
03
Organise editorial production
Prepare a topic list, an approval owner and a place to find sources. Someone who understands the work should be able to correct examples and commitments before publication.
Then adapt a topic to different channels without confusing approved versions. A LinkedIn post, newsletter and website article can use different formats while retaining the same facts.
04
Connect reading to a next step
The reader should understand what the business offers and for whom. Depending on the topic, the next step may be another article, a resource or a conversation. Choose an action that fits the information provided.
Check that the destination page works and delivers on the content's promise. A commercial link is not enough if the reader cannot find the context or the offer described.
05
Measure without treating consistency as a guarantee
Track questions received, useful visits and qualified enquiries, distinguishing them from impressions alone. Increased visibility does not by itself prove increased sales.
Choose a rhythm the team can sustain with reviewed content. Ongoing support can help organise the work; its value should be checked through quality and use, without an automatic conversion guarantee.
- A clear topic and a defined audience.
- Checked facts and editorial approval.
- Versions adapted to each channel.
- A next step and observable results.
